Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

• All original packaging, hardware, and documentation must be included

 

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The guard has been installed, mounted, or run in a machine

• There is evidence of coolant exposure, chips, impact, or wear

• The product has been modified or altered in any way

• Damage occurred due to improper installation or misuse

Fit & Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify:

• Compatibility with their specific tool setter model

• Adequate machine clearance and mounting configuration

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect
